The Home Hub links to your panic button of fall detector.
It sends alarms that you have raised to your care circle along with our 24/7 alarm monitoring Centre
Your care circle can also include family and friends, it helps them know you are safe and well. It also lets them know if anything has happened, such as if you have had a fall
You will see an Access Home Hub plugged into a power socket.
You will also see Sensors located around your home and you maybe given a panic button to wear on your wrist or around your neck.
you don’t have to change anything. You can just carry on with your normal activity in your home.
The Home Hub will be installed in your home soon.
